1905 Salad

We got married on the beautiful Anna Maria Island almost a year ago. It is a special place to us. It is the place (little did I know) the Mr. decided (a startling couple of months after we met) that he wanted to marry me. There are so many things we love about that place. The quaint feel, the quiet beaches and the food. One restaurant in particular The Colombian has this amazing salad. Here is a copy from the cookbook. This is the only salad Mr. will eat. He loves it!

When I make it I omit the celery. Also, make the dressing and let it sit at least overnight. You will not be disappointed.
