Spring Advice

Buy a pineapple! They were only $2 at my grocery store. Let them ripen until they get yellow hued. (a couple days) and then cute off the top, bottom ... I should have taken pictures of me cutting up mine but here... just google cutting up a pineapple!

It tastes so much more amaizing than from the can!

What I had for breakfast the past couple days: pineapple. yougurt, and cheerios. Delicious!

Have you ever made Pineapple rum? Cut it up into strips, get some fresh ginger cut into chunks, stuff both into a 2 quart jar and pour some good rum over it, filling up the jar. Store in the fridge for at least a week shaking up daily before serving. So good...and the pineapple soaked in rum...nom nom nom...
